Infrastructure / EPC · Agent governance

Seven project agents. One control plane. A named engineer on every decision.

A proposed design for how Rodic’s own Designer, Project Manager, Execution, Commercial, Procurement, Customer and Knowledge agents would be registered, governed, traced and priced by ThoughtShieldAI.

The problem

Seven agents across the lifecycle need one set of rules.

When agents design, schedule, price and buy on a live project, each recommendation touches drawings, contracts and supplier data. Without a control plane, nobody can show which agent read what, which model it used, what it cost, or who approved the outcome.

  1. 01

    Lineage across agents

A pile redesign touches the Designer, PM, Commercial, Procurement and Knowledge agents. The chain from borehole log to issued drawing has to be reconstructable.

  2. 02

    Least-privilege data access

The Customer Agent should not read an unapproved cost figure. Supplier quotes and commercial data need per-agent scopes.

  3. 03

    Agentic FinOps in rupees

Multi-agent workflows consume tokens across several models. Cost per decision, per project and per agent should be visible before month end.

How it works

Discover, initiate, govern, collaborate, monitor, then a human approves.

The end-to-end flow proposed for Rodic. The agents are proposed roles, not deployed systems.

  1. Discover · Atlas

Registry of the seven agents with owners, permitted sources, approved models and bound policies.

  2. Initiate · Rodic agent

A new geotech report triggers the AI Designer Agent to recommend a pile-cap change, with citations.

  3. Govern · Nexus

Access checks per agent, citation freshness, approval routing by role and value thresholds.

  4. Collaborate · agents

PM, Knowledge, Commercial and Procurement agents assess schedule, precedent, cost and long-lead items.

  5. Monitor · Pulse

Tokens, ₹ cost and latency per agent for the whole multi-agent workflow.

  6. Approve & act

The named Chief Engineer opens every evidence item, then approves, returns or adds a condition.

    Human step

The human approval

Er. Meenakshi Raghavan · Chief Engineer, Structures (fictional)

Approve stays locked until she has opened all eight evidence items. Her decision and note go to the hash-chained audit log.

The scenario

Pier P-27: from borehole log to issued drawing, every step traced.

Decision DEC-2417 on the fictional Metro Viaduct Corridor C2. Standards and clause references are illustrative.

Atlas knows what the Designer Agent may touch

The registry entry lists the owner and steward, permitted data sources with justification, approved model routes and bound policies.

Nexus checks every agent, and blocks one

Access checks run per agent, a superseded citation is replaced, approval routes to the Chief Engineer, and the Customer Agent is blocked from reading the unapproved ₹38.4 lakh figure.

Atlas

Proposed agent registry

Owner, steward, permitted sources, approved models and version history for each of the seven agents.

Nexus

Policies by role and value

Twelve illustrative policies: structural changes need the Chief Engineer, client communications carry no unapproved figures, citations must be current.

Pulse

Agentic FinOps in ₹

Month-to-date spend, forecast, budget and cost per decision by project, agent, workflow and model.

Security

Least privilege

A 7-agent by 10-source access matrix with justifications, DLP and residency events, and a hash-chained audit log.

Questions buyers ask first

Has Rodic deployed these agents?

No. The seven agents are proposed roles, and this is a proposed demo with simulated data. Nothing here describes a live system at Rodic.

Does ThoughtShieldAI build the agents?

In this proposal Rodic builds and runs its own agents. ThoughtShieldAI is the control plane that registers, governs, traces, secures and prices them.

Where would the data stay?

The demo shows India-region model routes and a residency check on each access. Actual placements would be agreed with Rodic’s IT and security teams.

Are the standards and clauses real?

IS and IRC standards are named for realism, but clause numbers and contract references are marked illustrative throughout the demo.
